I agree! Not getting one is one of the reasons I left my last job. Of course, the deterioration of my health was a bigger reason, but it was in there.

I’ve had several jobs that I’ve loved. Two of them were data entry. I think I’ll stick with it!

Definitely. I’ve hated jobs and loving them makes for a happier life.
Eating lunch so late would be in my dislike, rather than my like column. I’m such a food hound.
It can be tough (especially since I start at 7!) but it makes the rest of the day go by very quickly. That’s why its in my like column!

…but I’m in IT… so therefore, anything that smacks of entering data into a computer drains my energy just upon thinking about it.

You’re right, I do like it. Most of the time! But getting to listen to your Ipod all day – that might just swing it for me! I used to love my job back when I did data entry. Everyone thought I was weird!
A lot of people don’t understand that it takes a combination of time and attention yet lack of attention to pull off perfectly. Also, a lot of people don’t understand that it can be a difficult, draining job that takes your energy. *shakes head* But I hear ya on the weird part! I know people think I’m weird!
